Vietnamese Comfort Food: Pho and Spring Rolls

Pho bo, or beef noodle soup, is one of the most iconic Vietnamese dishes, and the dish most often associated with Vietnam. It's made of noodles, vegetables and assorted proteins all simmered in a flavorful broth. It is a comforting, wholesome meal that is at one time full of intense beefy depth and richness while at the same time containing an explosion of vibrantly fresh, bright flavors.

In this cooking class, you will learn how to make your own homemade pho from scratch.

Your pho will be packed with fresh produce, beef, and rice noodles. It's a simple yet fulfilling dish for any occasion. In addition, we will teach you the art of balancing flavours using aromatic herbs and spices.

From refreshing Nuoc Cham sauce to delicious spring rolls, learn to create impressive Vietnamese dishes. Our hands-on cooking class is designed for all skill levels of cooking enthusiast. Enjoy your welcome drink with variety of snacks and a relaxing day/evening cooking with people who share your passion for good food, fun, and cultural experience.

Asian dessert will be served at the end of your dinner/lunch, and you will go home with
