restaurants in Zurich, you will learn the art of making delicious Japanese Ramen in this hands-on and fun class, so you can make your favourite dish at home.
Learn how to prepare dashi, how to cook your ramen noodles to perfection, and how to serve up your ramen with delicious toppings. You will be able to customise your ramen with the toppings of your choice and then enjoy your own ramen noodle soup in the company of your fellow foodies.

- What is Umami and how to create it
- Basic Dashi
- Miso Ramen
- Shoyu Ramen
- Toppings & condiments for Ramen: chashu, soft-boiled eggs, wakame, menma, corn, etc.
Japanese dessert will be served at the end of our dinner and you will go home with memorable experience.
