Event: Pop-up Dinner: Bali

At BALI pop-up dinner you will explore the secrets of Indonesian cuisine and its exotic flavours. Our Indonesian chef, Ayu & her team, will
serve four courses of Balinese favorites and Indonesian national dishes. Not only eating, at this event you will also learn about Indonesian spices, which are the key to these various delicious
and tasty cuisines that would enhance our eating experience to a whole new level. Sample menu includes Balinese “Satay Lilit” (traditional satay on lemongrass skewers), Indonesia’s famous Oxtail
Soup, and one surprise dish with Tempeh (Indonesia’s fermented superfood). Vegetarian menus are available.
It is a small, intimate event. We would love to meet you and hear your stories about Indonesia, your last trip’s highlights to Bali, your favorite Indonesian dishes, and anything else you would
like to share about our beautiful culture.
Let’s share some tips to one another, we know a great deal : the best places to eat local food, fancy beach clubs for sundowning, good villas to stay, must-visit temples, or most-instagrammable
