From K-Pop to Kimchi, Korea has it all! Whether you love Korean food as much as we do or you’re wanting to try something new, then this is the class for you and if you’re not familiar with Korean food, well that is about to change!

Ask any Korean what the definitive Korean dish is, and chances are they will tell you that it is kimchi! Kimchi is not only delicious, but also retains many nutrients and develops probiotics (healthy bacteria) which helps to improve digestive health.

In our hands-on Korean cooking class, you will learn how to cook Korean favorite dishes, which is full of the best flavours and ingredients that Korea has to offer, such as:

  • Kimchi (we will make fresh kimchi “Geotjeori” and eat it for our dinner and you will learn how to ferment kimchi, so that you can make fermented kimchi at home)
  • Korean BBQ Beef: Bulgogi
  • Spicy Korean BBQ Chicken
  • Japchae (Korean stir-fried glass noodles)
  • *For vegetarians: we will prepare some different types of mushrooms for the Korean BBQ

Asian dessert will be served at the end of the dinner, and you will go home with memorable experience.
