Thai cooking is based on a foundation of simplest ingredients including fresh vegetables, rice, noodles, choices of meat, and aromatic thai herbs and spices that we have all come to love. Ayu, our Asian cuisine expert will introduce you on all the ingredients, show you how to prepare your favourite thai food dishes from scratch, and inform you where you can get all the ingredients. These key points combined with the Thai food recipes that you cook in our class, will enable you to cook authentic Thai food from the comfort of your own home.

Our hands-on cooking class is designed for all skill levels of cooking enthusiast. Enjoy your welcome drink with variety of snacks and a relaxing evening cooking with people who share your passion for good food, fun, and cultural experience.

We will prepare together these 4 dishes for our dinner:

  1. Tom Kha Gai (Thai coconut milk soup - aromatic, flavorful & so comforting on cold days)
  2. Pad Thai (authentic Thai-style fried noodles)
  3. Som Tam Thai (Thai Papaya Salad)
  4. Pad Kra Pao (Thai basil beef)

Asian dessert will be served at the end of your dinner and you will go home with memorable experience.
