As the world's largest archipelago with more than 17,000 islands and more than 300 distinct ethnic groups, Indonesia has been
blessed with rich culinary diversity. Join our new cook series "The Spice Journey" - this time we will make together one of the most delicious food in the world : "RENDANG" which is originating
from Sumatra island, chicken satay with traditional peanut sauce and two other tasty Indonesian national dishes.
You will learn about spices and other ingredients before you start to cook. This is an advanced cooking series using a big
variety of spices, but you all can do it - we will guide you step by step : )
We will enjoy our dinner together, share your stories about Indonesia (if you have been to), or get all the tips you want to
hear from the local if you plan to travel to Bali or other islands in Indonesia.
The maximum number of participants (for cooking session) is 10. Price per person : CHF 135 (drinks included)
At dinner time (around 8 PM), we
invite other 10 people to join us for our Indonesian dinner (price : CHF 60, incl. 4 dishes - sharing style dinner, just like we do in Indonesia, dessert and drinks)
